DAT Healthcare Ltd will not at any under circumstances provide unsafe care or treatment or put you at risk of harm that could be avoided. Our staff undergoes rigorous recruitment process and are subject to DBS checks.
We offer a unique combination of premier community home care services to elderly people and supported living services for young adults with learning and minor physical disabilities. A full list of other services we provide are listed under Our Services section.
We would have loved to look after your pet too, unfortunately our insurance cover does not extend to cover pets.
DAT Healthcare Ltd is committed to protecting individuals we support from abuse and we are fully aware of the forms of abuse and the balance of power that can be exerted on individuals we support. The company has a host of comprehensive information on safeguarding vulnerable people available that staff may access on the company library and this includes policy and procedures relating to the protection of vulnerable adults.
Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the body that is responsible for the monitoring of our services. At DAT Healthcare Ltd, we will endeavour to display our Care Inspectorate rating in a place where you can see it, this information will also be included on our website and make CQC’s latest report on our service available to you.
